Remember folks, the majority of our items are handmade, therefore they take time to make. Some items are 'in stock', some are made to order. If you want to double check before you order please send us an email using the contact form.
We do not offer exchanges on personalised items, and earrings.
We design & manufacture all of our products in house and can accommodate all types of custom requests. Please *Request A Custom Order* using our contact form and a I can discuss all of the options available.
We do not supply a proof of your personalised design as standard to ensure we do not delay your order, however if you would like to see the design before we create it please request this along with your personalisation when you place your order. If requested, we will not proceed with your order until you are 100% happy with the design. Please ensure you factor in extra time for this, as edits may delay your dispatch.

Shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class standard from within the UK. Please allow 14 working days for your order to be designed, made and processed. If you require express delivery, please contact us for a quote.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer exchanges on personalised items, and earrings.
Other items may be returned at the customers expense within 14 working days where an exchange or refund will be offered.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that your refund is on its way, providing the item has been returned unused and in the same saleable condition in which it was received. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you
